Sean leads our resident in house maintence team and has been working for Park Lets since 2016.
Sean has a depth of knowledge and skills within the area of student maintenance as prior to Park Lets he worked as on site maintenance for Newcastle University. He is always the first point of call when it comes to a maintenance issue.
Sean builds up a great relationship with all our students over the year and is always willing to help however big or small the issue.
Cleaning service
We offer a number of different cleaning packages to suit individual students or property requirements. Please see below the lists of different packages we offer:
- Communal clean: this is a clean of all the communal areas in the property which include the living area, kitchen/diner, all bathroom and toilets and all the hallway spaces. This clean can be conducted on a weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis.
- Full house clean: this is a clean of all the communal areas and all bedrooms in the property. This clean can be conducted on a weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis.
- End of term clean: this is a deep through clean which is taken place at the end of each academic term. The whole of the house is cleaned thoroughly which includes all bedrooms and communal areas.
- End of tenancy clean: this is the deepest and most thorough clean we offer- with this clean the whole of the house and all bedrooms are cleaned. This includes the cleaning of white goods and kitchen appliances, all bedroom drawers/wardrobes and a deep clean of all bathrooms.
