Honestly, Park Lets have absolutely smashed it. The quality of the house and the refurb has been top tier everything feels fresh, modern and properly looked after. You can tell they actually care about the standard of their properties, rather than just giving a place a quick lick of paint and calling it a day! Big shoutout to Natasha, who deals with all the admin and has been brilliant throughout. She’s friendly, responsive and actually gets things sorted which, let’s be honest, is worth its weight in gold when it comes to renting From the house itself to the service behind the scenes, I genuinely couldn’t fault them. Really happy with Park Lets. They have been extremely helpful throughout and always quick to respond to any queries. The property was refurbished to a really high standard and feels genuinely luxurious. A big thank you to Rishi and Natasha in particular, they have been super helpful and have taken prompt action regarding any queries. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend Park Lets to anyone looking for a letting agent.
Amazing customer service. The team have catered to all of mine and my housemates needs, going out of their way to make sure we know they are always there if we need them. Natasha, in particular, is superb in getting back to us as quick as possible and sorting out any problems we might have. Definitely recommend for student housing and the rest!
The first few weeks of moving into my property have been amazing! The house is super clean and was already equipped nicely to live in straight away!
