Park Lets' employ a maintenance man called Sean - he has been fantastic this year. Whenever we have had. a problem, both big and small he has been quick to help and there was nothing he wasn't able to fix. Thank you for everything this year, Sean.
I could not recommend any other student accommodation agency warmer. I have been with several agents during my time as a student in Newcastle but no one has succeeded in offering the comprehensive support I received at Parklets. That being from practical enquiries (get fixed the same day, or hour even) to financial support.
Currently at a house being let by Park Let’s. Brilliant so far, any issues or maintenance problems we have had have been sorted very promptly with no long lasting issues. Payments and everything have been very seamless. Would 100% recommend to other students looking to rent a property.

Great landlords - renovated parts of our house this year and super quick to fix any maintenance.
I’ve stayed with Park Lets for this year and they have been excellent when it comes to sorting problems we have had to the standard of the rooms. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a student house in Jesmond.
