Having being part of the business from a young age, Natasha joined the team full time in 2017.
As Managing Director Natasha has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the day-to-day operational running of the business alongside the strategic and financial management of the company.
Natasha prides herself on ensuring that Park Lets strives to continue being the most successful and sought-after student letting provider in Jesmond.
Sam
Office Manager
Sam joined the Park Lets team in 2019, having previously worked in the Financial Services Industry. As Office Manager she ensures the smooth and efficient running of our office and rental of our properties. With over 8 years’ experience working in student lettings, she has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in relation to the legislation for student property rentals and tenancy agreements. As the main point of contact for students, assisting them with lease agreements, and any other rental-related matters, customer service is at the forefront of her role, priding herself in delivering an excellent service.
Tallulah
Property Manager
Tallulah oversees the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are running smoothly and to government standards. Tallulah is the main port of call for any property maintenance issue and with years of experience working in high end residential design, prides herself with a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
Sean
Maintenance
Sean leads our resident in house maintenance team and has been working for Park Lets since 2016. He has a depth of knowledge and skills within the area of student maintenance as prior to Park Lets he worked as on site maintenance for Newcastle University. He is always the first point of call when it comes to a maintenance issue.
Sean builds up a great relationship with all our students over the year and is always willing to help however big or small the issue.
